Distance Reiki is a way to channel Reiki to anyone (including animals or plants) in the world.
Distance Reiki is not limited by space or time. A good example is when you use a mobile phone. You can call anyone, anywhere in the world from your mobile phone and the signal carries a frequency over the necessary distance to where that person your calling is located.
Distance Reiki can be just as beneficial as having an in person Reiki treatment and as you are in the comfort of your own surroundings it can sometimes have even more impact.
During your Reiki treatment I will connect to your energy in the same way as I would if you were here in person. There is no separation between you and I in the healing space. For most people who have a distance Reiki Healing, they experience everything as they would if they were here in person.
You should be in a quiet and safe place where you won't be disturbed. You will be fully clothed and should wear comfortable loose fitting clothes. You should not be wearing a belt or watch. You should also not be wearing any jewellery that isn't gold or silver . During the session all you need to do is sit back and relax till the treatment finishes.
Distant Reiki isn't magic, it can't cure diseases or replace professional medical treatment or care. Reiki always works for a person highest and greatest good. It is not based on anything negative, nor is it associated with any religion or cult.
Everyone experiences Reiki differently but some of the things clients report to have felt are:
- A breeze or cool swirling sensation
- Colours behind the eyes
- Nothing at all!
As everyone experiences Reiki differently, if you don't feel anything it doesn't mean the energy wasn't received. The energy will still work to your highest and greatest good in your body.
